Once the weather turns warm, we take the show on the road. All of our indoor services can be done outdoors.
Portable K-Vest The uniqueness of our 3D system is that it is portable. We can arrange to come to any facility in the world with minimal effort. We will work with your golf professional by appointment only to capture and analyze your body three dimensionally. Once we have collected the necessary data we will sit down with you and your instructor to map out the appropriate physical steps to take in order to maximize your practice time and constantly improve your swing.
TPI Screen with Findings & Program Build (30 minutes: $40) A Certified Golf Fitness Instructor will take you through a series of tests to identify deficiencies in strength,
stability, and mobility, as they relate to your golf swing. You will receive a follow-up email with your findings, as well as an 18-session workout program built on the TPI website.
TPI Biomechanical Evaluation with Findings & Program Instruction (45 minutes/45 minutes: $200)
A Certified Golf Fitness Instructor will take you through a comprehensive physical evaluation to quantify
faulty movement patterns that occur during the golf swing. We will isolate any physical limitations and
movement pattern deficits, correlate these findings to your swing technique, and prescribe custom golf-specific conditioning exercises to address these limitations and deficits.
You will receive a follow-up email with your findings, as well as an 18-session workout program built on the TPI website.
A Certified Golf Fitness Instructor will lead you through your golf-specific conditioning program, designed specifically to your needs, and educate you and answer any questions you may have regarding the exercises.
TPI Golf Fitness Session (45 minutes: $70)
Dynamic Warm-Up: Various movements that mimic those in which you will be performing throughout your round. These exercises increase the mobility of muscles and joints by way of moving them throughout their functional range of motion.
Circuit Sessions: Series of exercises addressing individual needs/goals identified in the Biomechanical
Evaluation. Group Sessions will address general golf fitness needs and adjust appropriately for individual
fitness level. Exercises will address any of the following fitness components:
*Flexibility
*Strength
*Stability (CORE & Base)
*Functional Movement Patterns
*Mobility
*Cardiovascular Endurance
Recovery/Cool Down: Corrective flexibility exercises that aid in the recovery of the areas worked, help restore the body to its resting heart rate levels, as well as help to alleviate further physical limitations.
