Do I need to bring my own equipment to my golf lessons and fitness training?
While there is equipment here at the GPC, it is most beneficial if you bring the club(s) you normally use to your lesson or 3D Swing Analysis. For Golf Fitness Training it is probably best if you wear workout clothing.
What is golf conditioning and how can that help me play the game of golf better?
Golf Conditioning is training that is going to prepare you for the specific demands of the game of golf. It focuses on the different areas of the body and how they function during the golf swing. We work to alleviate any limitations that may be hindering your performance and/or putting you at risk for injury.
What should I wear to my golf fitness training?
Workout type clothing is most conducive to the format of the training program. Warm-ups or shorts, shirt, and athletic shoes.
What equipment should I bring to my 3D Swing Analysis?
6-Iron, driver, putter, wedge, golf shoes, golf club, golf coach (if you have a consistent instructor)
How long does the 3D Swing Analysis last? A lesson? A golf fitness session?
3D Swing (135 minutes), Lessons (30 or 60 min), Fitness Session (45-60 min)
