• Private Teaching Lab - Includes unlimited balls, 3 angle camera system, use of C-Swing software, and K-Vest 3-D technology

Massage Therapy
AthletiCo's Massage Therapists specialize in golf-specific massage, as well as massage for the rehabilitation of injuries. Key rotational and soft tissue areas of the body are addressed.

Personal Training
Our personal trainers execute integrated programs, striving to improve all components necessary to allow an individual to achieve optimum performance. Such components include core stabilization, functional training, flexibility training, strength and speed training.

Six Session Packages

Performance Profile
Designed to identify faulty movement patterns that decrease optimal performance. Profiles are used as an evaluation tool to assist the Performance Enhancement Specialist in program development.

Orthotic Fabrication
The golf swing starts from the ground up; therefore, attention to foot mechanics is critical. Measurements are taken to establish a neutral foot position to optimize your body's ability to rotate. These measurements are applied with a plaster cast mold, to fabricate the efficient platform from which to transfer energy through your body and out to the club head.

We also offer a product called ALINE.  It is a semi-custom, over-the-counter orthotic, built with sport performance in mind.

Pre- Event Stretching
An AthletiCo Golf Biomechanical Specialist will provide personal warm-ups designed to focus on key rotational areas in your body for your full golf swing. Great for Member-Guests, Corporate or Charity Outings!

Golf Fitness Lectures
An AthletiCo Golf Biomechanical Specialist will provide an interactive demonstration to expose the "body-swing connection". Attendees will undergo specific physical screens to help identify the areas in the body that may be limiting their golf swing potential. Great for Leagues or Corporate Outings!
